History Of Adidas

Adidas was founded in 1924 in Germany by Rudolf Dassler and Adi. The company was previously named Dassler shoes and later became Adidas. The three stripes on Adidas were created to keep the foot stable and this ended up becoming the logo. Adidas over the years is seen in the Olympics and it has been the leading brand making shoes for the Olympic athletes.

Adidas has been seen in the Olympics. In 1978, Adi Dassler passed away at the age of 78 and his wife started running the company. Six years after, Kathe passed and the company was left for their son to run. However, after three years, he too died and the company went in some serious financial problems. Adidas however was rescued by Run-DMC who saved the company just as Jordan saved Nike.

Adidas has been visible all over the world particularly through major sports events such as Olympic Games and Football World Cup. This draws attention to the way they do business and the conditions under which these products are made.

The company has been in the spotlight for successive years. However two of the most noteworthy events were in 2010 and 2013. In 2010, Adidas Group presented the most comprehensive strategic business plans in history. Routie 2015 incorporated special targets for all brands. The same year, TaylorMade reached market leadership and become the biggest golf company in the world.
In 2013, running changed forever. History shows that Adidas introduced the Energy Boost running shoe which featured a new cushioning material. The shoe was created in cooperation with German chemical company BASF, the material combined previous contradictory benefits of soft and responsive cushioning for a good experience unlike any of the others.

The Adidas Samba has been the signature soccer shoe of Adidas since 1950 when it was first introduced before the world cup of 1950. Adidas Rod Laver

Adidas Rod Laver was introduced in 1970 and is named for tennis star Rod Laver. Last but not the least, the Adidas Superstar defined the 8s in the NBA and ABA. They were previously named Pro Model, Top Ten and the Adidas Superstar. The shoe was The Sneaker of the NBA in the 70s. About 75 percent of the NBA players used the sneaker. The shoe became extremely popular in the helter skelter days of the ABA. The Adidas Superstar experienced a major resurgence around 1992 and has become the cornerstone of Adidas Originals line. Its one of the best sneakers made.

Air Jordan is a brand of shoes and athletic clothing designed and produced for Michael Jordan. The Air Jordan shoes have been produced for Michael Jordan in 1984 and were released for public consumption in 1985.

Air Jordan I- Notorious

The Air Jordan VII Pure Gold has a white finish and a black and red soul. They are sturdy shoes and made of high quality. They were amongst the A-List shoes of that time and were worn by basketball players all the time.

The Air Jordan XX8 was made available in February 15, 2013 and is priced at $250. The Dare To Fly sneakers were launched in 2013 and are made of solid black and have a green finish. They are made of solid design and are a good pair of solid shoes great for any type of sporting event. Lastly, the Air Jordan XX9 were launched in 2014 and boast a solid black design with a blue sole. They have a big Jordan logo on the side that make them look incredibly unique and classy. The shoes are available in two designs primarily a black one in which there is big red logo on the left and the black one with a white print on top. They have a sole made of super solid finish.
